Reg 45 Checker
Check a Regulation 45 quality of care review against the regulations, at any stage. Nothing leaves your device.
Your report
Before you start: anonymise the report
Reg 45 reports are about children. Replace children's names with initials or made-up names, and remove dates of birth, addresses, school names and anything else that could identify a child. The check runs in this browser tab and nothing is sent anywhere, but anonymising keeps the report safe wherever it goes next.
Where the report stands
A screening aid, not a judgement. This is an automated check of the words in the report to support the Registered Manager. It is not a substitute for their professional judgement, and every finding should be checked against the home's records. It can tell whether something is written and how it is worded, not how good the care is.
